- 1. Apply 1 coat of Stickey™ Base Coat to perfectly manicured nails. Let dry 1 minute.
- 2. Apply 2 coats of Silicone Smile Enamel to all 10 nails. Let dry.
- 3. Create a large half circle to 1 side of the nail using Hot Pop Blue Enamel.
- 4. With the blunt end of a brush, stamp medium sized dots in an asymmetrical pattern to the nail using 2 different Enamels: Jiggy for 2 dots and Tart-a-licious for 2 dots.
- 5. Using the very end of the Enamel brush, create a series of smaller dots using Sweet Tooth Enamel, cross-crossing the nail to complete the design.
- 6. Finish with 1 coat of Super Shiney™ or Air Dry Top Coat.
