- 1. Apply 1 coat of Stickey™ Base Coat to perfectly manicured nails. Let dry 1 minute.
- 2. Apply 2 coats of Cream Puff Enamel to all 10 nails.
- 3. Using Company Red Enamel, splatter Enamel about half way up the nail toward the cuticle line.
- 4. Use NFS Enamel and splatter about half way down the nail from the cuticle line.
- 5. Finish with 1 coat of Super Shiney™ or Air Dry Top Coat.
