- 1. Apply 1 coat of Stickey™ Base Coat to perfectly manicured nails. Let dry 1 minute.
- 2. Apply 1 generous coat of Silicone Smile Enamel to all 10 nails.
- 3. With a color pop stick, stamp dots in random patterns half way down the nail using Silicone Smile, Cream Puff and Negligee Enamels.
- 4. On the lower half using the Enamel brush stamp smaller dots in a random pattern.
- 5. Finish with 1 coat of Super Shiney™ or Air Dry Top Coat.
