- 1. Apply 1 coat of Stickey™ Base Coat to perfectly manicured nails. Let dry 1 minute.
- 2. Apply 2 coats of Fedora Enamel to all 10 nails and let dry.
- 3. Apply small amounts of Baroque, Tweed, and Perfect Mis-Match Enamels in a “flame” pattern on the nail and swirl with small art brush to create your design.
- 4. After 5 minutes, gently dust a thin layer of Flounce Enamel over your design to add shine, and seal with Air Dry Top Coat.
