  • 1. Apply 1 coat of Stickey™ Base Coat to perfectly manicured nails. Let dry 1 minute.
  • 2. Apply 2 coats of Royal Crime Enamel and let dry.
  • 3. Apply 1 coat of Super Shiney™ or Air Dry Top Coat and let dry.
  • 4. Using Gelbond™ Adhesive, apply a small pom pom to the tip of nail.
