- 1. Apply 1 coat of Stickey™ Base Coat to perfectly manicured nails. Let dry 1 minute.
- 2. Apply 1 coat of Souvenir Junkie Enamel to all 10 nails. Let dry.
- 3. Using a small brush, create thin vertical stripes down the nail with Hotski to Tchotchke, Gypsy-A-Go-Go and Tongue In Cheek Enamels. Let dry.
- 4. Finish with 1 coat of Super Shiney™ or Air Dry Top Coat.
